There's that period of about 10 mins you get to check in before the plane takes off.
No wifi. It's a Delta hub but not as chaotic as ATL. Ask for upgrades. It's likely you'll get one especially if you're not flying into a major city.

MollyAgosto 23, 2012AD military traveling Delta - you do not need to pay to check a bag. The lady just said I did but then I proved her wrong. It's pretty simple.
Pre check, if you have metal implants, use check point 6 not 4
If you are Military they will let you go through the employee security gate.
It's usually faster to walk from the main concourse to C gates, but use the team if your are going to A or B.
the food court after security is something you should avoid like the plague
Head to French Meadow on the way into E concourse for some great food.
Avoid an aisle seat - it will prevent butts and crotches from being in your face.
