Albergo incantevole con ampi saloni affrescati. Ogni anno ospita la Milano whisky day, percorso sensoriale alla scoperta del whisky.

Classic old European fashioned decor. Decent beds. The staff mean business when it comes to security, which is great. I misplaced my key card and they majorly verified my identity (passport AND ID)!

Take some time to hang out at the Club Bar, open from 8 am to 5 pm. A great place for snacks and refreshing drinks.

It was really OK, nothing spectacular. Good service, decor is a bit out of date but room was clean, a bit tiny though. Wifi only in lobby, in room you have to pay ridiculous price.

Great service. Offered to have my tie cleaned after spilling balsamic. Checking out tomorrow and they couldn't pull it off. Thought counted.

Rooms are really hot! 30c in mine. Ask for a fan from reception if air-con doesn't work.

No power outlets next to the bed (e.g. to recharge mobile phone). If you want your phone nearby, bring a small extension cord (2 meter total)

Wifi is €16 per day in the hotel! Just buy a 3G mobile broadband dongle from Vodafone instead for €30-€50 which will last for 3months!

No internet cable, but wi-fi in room, but it is very unstable. If you need to print anything, you need to go to the self-service center with a minium charge EUR3.5

Bar closes at midnight and not the advertised 1am. There's another bar in the piazza behind the hotel open until 2am
