Katarina KatsmaAprile 17, 2016Great Sunday drum circle, but there's always something else going on! The park is designed well, so there are more secluded places if you want to be alone, and more open spots if you're in a group!
David DerrickAgosto 15, 2014A very large park by DC standards with an upper and lower area connected by a staircase. Come in warm months to see the waterfall fountain. Some cool statues including a neat one of Joan of Arc.

Perhaps the best park in DC. Also, it's fun to watch teenagers skateboard in the waterfall during winter.

This park has a sad, haunting beauty. It could be much more than it is. The layout and fountains are pretty and pleasing to the eye. This is the best park in the City! The Drum circle on Sundays starts at about 3 and goes till 9!
Drum Circle on Sundays after 6 pm over the warmer months. Enough said.
The weekends off some of the best people watching in the city.
