Buford DouglasDicembre 31, 2019Mariano Martinez invented the Frozen Margarita here in 1971 as a solution to the problem of inconsistency in the preparation of margaritas among his bartenders.
My Mariano favorites are the brisket tacos and the beef fajitas. Wash 'em down with a Texas Top Shelf margarita and you'll be a happy Texan. You'll also be back for another "go" of it.

FredGennaio 19, 2012Gringo Enchiladas are great. This is different then most texmex, they use a tomatoe base on top of the enchiladas and a good mix of sautéed veggies. You'll love it.

"The Whole Enchilada" is insanely large and insanely good. I usually get in on my free meal from the gold card

It's gotten more expensive... Often too expensive for me... But the food is still great! Go go the fajitas. Stay for the dark salsa.

The beef fajitas are my favorite in town. Also make sure to try the Queso Mariano; it's pricey, but delicious!
Get the fajitas. The combo, (chicken and steak) are great! Always had great service. The best Tex Mex in DFW.
Their fajitas (both steak & chicken) are top notch! Very tender, quality meat & perfectly seasoned.
