Definitely a post-work office crowd. The drinks were terrible but the food was great!!! Go for beer and taquitos at happy hour. Good AND cheap.

Laughing Man is now the new Mackey's location. The menu hasn't really changed. The old L St location had a similar menu anyway.

A classic bar. With room and space to talk, this is a great place to grab a happy hour drink after work and discuss work matters or forget about them.

Tableside service = sloooooowpoke at happy hour. Happy hour until 8, though, which for some stupid reason isn't standard around here.

Drink downstairs with Manny and Mark. They are great. But beware LMT often closes early in the evenings (9pm - 10pm), so call ahead.

Don't be fooled this is not a Buffalo bar, they only play Sabres games if it's convenient, and you have to ask to change the TV only to get a dirty look.
