    Coming here for 12 yrs, some things have been suspect, things go wrong after I had just brought it in, it could just be timing. The service people have always been professional and nice.

    Never again will I buy a Volkswagen. Bless the heart of the service people who've helped me, but even they said they don't and wouldn't invest in this car. Where is the superb German engineering?

    NEVER buy from Luther Westside.Van has been in the shop 45+ times in 4 years. They are not making the situation right. This is a nightmare. Steer clear of VW especially from Luther. Disappointed.

    Be prepared for it to take forever to just drop off youre car for an oil change. And no one will greet or in any way acknowledge you while you wait.
