This is my favorite coffee place. The iced latte is like a party in my mouth. The chicken schnitzel and the other sandwiches are all amazing and tasty.

Try the Smash for breakfast: smashed avocado on toast with lemon and chilli flakes. Have it with an egg!

Outstanding coffee choices like pour overs. No decaf though. Excellent breakfast sandwiches on fresh, awesome rolls. Free water- wahoo!

Best mocha I've had in be city! And their complimentary hazelnut cookie served when you dine-in is worth sitting yourself down to truly enjoy your beverage!

Avo smash is popular but the best thing on the me I is the cured salmon sandwich. Great cold brew and the cookie that comes with the hot drinks is delicious!

Far too many good options for just one visit, I'll definitely be coming back. The flat white, Vegemite toast, avocado toast, and avocado omelet were all amazing

Get the olive oil cake! It's perfect - crunchy top and delicious, moist, flavourful cake. Or the banana bread, you really can't go wrong. Super friendly service as well.

Delicious coffee but the smashed sandwich / avocado toast was quite underwhelming. Loved the portion of avocados but it was Simple and boring!! It certainly needs seasoning and additional ingredients

My go-to coffee spot for catching up with an old friend. Delicious coffee and friendly staff. It feels like you've escaped the midtown craze and traveled to London for a brief moment.

Awesome avocado smash and coffee, but small and very crowded. Great for take away, but don't count on grabbing a seat!

Very friendly, coffee-passionate baristas. Care and attention go into preparing drinks. Walk a few extra blocks to go here before you give in to Starbucks, it's worthwhile.

Flat white is my favorite. All the food is delicious. Place gets super crowded and aggressive which is annoying. Try & go off peak times.

Amazing place in the midtown east for quick bites. Gets super crowded though, and very limited seating. Not an ideal study space.

Iced latte is amazing. Staff are great. Lunch is a hidden gem here. Wasn't a fan of the avocado toast but everything else is phenomenal.

Great food. I recommend the 'Sweet Uncle Fred' for afternoon coffee break. Chai latte was good too although a little on the sweet side.

Undercounter Espresso Machines by Modbar are rather unique. Coffee great, food great, Aussie chaps behind the bar pretty great too. Winner.

The chicken + squash + arugula salad is a lunch I get at least once a week. Absolutely lovely with a hefty amount of dark and white chicken meat 👌🏼

Uses rotating counter culture coffee. Piccolo with olive oil cake makes for the perfect breakfast. Avocado feta smash is great too.
