- If you want to try a new work out, you should definitely check out squash. The courts are next to the basketball courts in the back. The activity desk also has rackets to borrow.
- check out the rockwall, it's a great alternative workout and the staff is BOMB. :)
- A gazillion cardio machines! Take your pick!!
- Looking for a trainer who works well with all ages and body types? Jenny Galla is the best!
- Do Boot Camp!! It kicks your butt but is totally worth it! Great workout!
- Avoid the water fountain near the elevator, luke warm. The ones near the back machines are much colder!
