Parking can be a mess, but don't be one of those that drive around the lot a bunch of times looking for the closest spot. Every step is a calorie and every calorie counts!
I can't imagine working out anywhere else. Clean, great service, nice people, and awesome ammenities. What else could you ask for?
Natural lighting, skilled trainers, nice facility. They need more Pilates classes!
Love the makeup-removal wipes in the ladies room. Perfect to use if short on time, and rushing to a group class! 👍

AST Sport Science's Max OT has been tremendous to by diet/exercise plan. I highly recommend it!
