Fahim KhanGennaio 23, 2018Place is decent much better than other gyms but the basketball court closes at midnight and the place can be a bit dirty for people don't re-rack their weights but still a great place to go.
Kelly D <3Agosto 11, 2012First time visiting this location. I have to say that city center is ten times better because their locker rooms have a whirlpool, they provide you with razors, shampoo shaving gel and conditioner.
the lap pools (indoor and outdoor) are really excellent for swimmers. and the recreation pool is super for kids to cool down...since we live in constant heat.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga with Mario or Mitzi will leave you feeling amazing!
Excellent fitness facility but be consistent. Don't sign up and then quit going two weeks later like a little bitch. Oh, and they have free towel service.
Great equipment and amenities. But sales staff forget about their clients once $ is in hand. Avoid Ronnie.
Take advantage of the classes :) Kickboxing, Zumba and Total conditioning are my favorites!
If you're an outdoor running type of guy, there's a nice running trail behind the gym.
Aaron O. is a great trainer. He wants committed people though. Don't be a pansy and only buy 4-5 sessions.

I do the total body conditioning class with Kris and love it! Beach body on its way Haha- Nicely run. Far nicer than other area choices.
Sign up but talk to Michael Loftin first...you'll never regret it.

Don't talk and look at someone in the eye while in the locker room naked. Sends the wrong signals.
Don't stand infront of the free weights. Your monkey ass will get drop kicked.
Don't waste your money on the Calorie Point testing, it's not accurate
Horrible management. Never clean! Wireless Internet never works.
