Emily is a very knowledgeable & dedicated personal trainer - she KNOWS what she's doing & the moves are simple but effective. Eric & Ben & Katie are knowledgeable trainers with differing styles.

Beware of this place.If you do a trial membership and if your dont like it and cancel you will get harased by the the clubs membership person ryne over extra fees unless you sign up Pretty underhanded
