Amazing chips, queso, guacamole. The huevos rancheros are wonderful! You might have to make a reservation for 10 even if there is only 8 in your party & just find 2 others off the street to be seated

Order from the daily specials to find great entrees like the Cordero Andaluz made with a tender lamb shank in a Spanish-style brown sauce with pimientos.

Amazing food as usual and great attention muchas gracias !! Totally recommend the carne asada served on top of a sizzle plate guac pico OTS and rice and beans mmmm 4dessert the best 3 leches ever!

Delicious food for a good price! It looks like a high price restaurant but the prices are pretty good! Recommend it for any kind of celebration or just lunch time if you’re around. 👍🏼

The swirl margaritas are awesome! Love fish tacos/shrimp tacos, shrimp chimichanga is a favorite + crab & shrimp enchiladas are crazy good! Large portions, trendy atmosphere and good service🌈

I still miss the day that Louriol Plaza was tucked inside a townhouse down on the corner of the block. But it's still great food, great atmosphere, and great time.

Love the chimichangas, tamales, and the Cadillac margaritas. Atmosphere is festive and customers are very friendly. Enjoy!

Seafood enchiladas are my favorite and the frozen margaritas are really tasty (and popular). This place is great for groups, and the staff is very accommodating.

Best Mexican we know of in the DuPont Circle, perhaps entire NW area of the city. Defiantly worth the walk from the metro along Embassy Row. Just one block from the Washington Hilton.

Best salsa and chips and great swirl margarita. Had the shrimp and crab enchiladas..... Not as good as you would think, but everything else was worth the trip.

Lauriol has insanely fast service, meh food, but the real reason anyone goes is for the Swirl margs -- just sit and enjoy yourself before ordering b/c your food will be out in a jiff.

Pitcher of swirl .. .feeling a bit dangerous? Add sangria on top!Food wise, Im in love with the Bistec Cubano but the Lomo Saltado and the Mar y Tierra are AMAZING as well!

Lamb Fajitas is the best option on the Specials menu, if they're out of that definitely go for the Mar y Tierra, bacon-wrapped filet mignon and shrimp!

Usually a long wait but no worries. Get a sangrarita at the bar! Yep! You heard right... Swirl of margarita and sangria! You will not be disapppointed!

Worth trying! Seems crowded, but they manage the queue well enough. I tried a salad and a margarita cocktail, they were both delicious!

Liz S is trippin! Have the best margarita on the eastern seaboard! Chips and salsa are out of this world! My dish of choice is Pollo Asda and I just can't get enough of the side walk or rooftop!

Get the shrimp quesadillas. They are to die for. Of course a pitcher of margarita is always needed when dining here.

Great place for brunch. Frozen margaritas are savagely good. Sit upstairs in a booth if you have kids. Great staff too.

They ALWAYS overestimate the wait. I was told 90 mins on a beautiful Saturday night and it was exactly 30 mins. Best margs and fajitas in town. Worth the wait!

Ask to sit up on the rooftop patio, especially when it's cold/raining. It's heated and covered and so nicely lit!

Closest to traditional Mexican Food you are going to get in the DC area. Or you can go to Lauriol's sister restaurant, Cactus Cantina.

The place is huge, so we didn't need to make a reservation. Mahi Mahi Mazatlan is soo delicioso! and Margaritas of course!

Lovely if you're outside but the food and drinks are not worth a long wait that is all too common. You can get better Mexican in about 5 other places nearby. If outdoor dining is essential however...
