Well designed hotel with beautiful loft style rooms. Service is not exceptional and unless you plan to spend most of your time in Murano , hotel is a little out of the way .

Nice hotel, terrible staff at all Levels. A disgrace! I can’t believe, it is part of the Sofitel brand! Everything was dysfunctional and it would be too long to explain! Fire everybody and restart!

Great hotel for the area. . Clean and high class... just don't expect them to go above and beyond to make your stay that little extra special.

Beautiful canal-side setting with nice decor, spacious rooms but some with construction view. Service is less than satisfying. They send guests around to get their own things instead of room delivery.

Lovely decor and spacious rooms, but service is lacking and amenities are all extra costs. The only provide bathrobes if you stay in the Junior Suite even if you go to the (€10pp) spa.

Very nice place to stop and drink you caffe. If the sun is shining then take your caffe and enjoy the view.

They have a complimentary boat that picks you up from the airport and can drop you off on the main island. Loved the experience!

Reserve hotel shuttle 2 weeks ahead and on arrival f both airport tours as route not incl in public Venice time tickets. Buy museum pass @ glass museum for fast lane at Doge's P. Eat @ Osteria Duomo

Beautiful and spacious rooms, but the service and amenities do not match the luxe decor. Good breakfast, but costs extra. Nice but very small spa is also extra cost and no bathrobes.

Very rude staff, you pay even for the room service 15€ no matter what you take. Far from the center.
