Kualanamo International Airport sudah lebih baik dari Bandara sebelumnya, tinggal finising untuk penataan interiornya dan akan lebih baik lagi bila penerapan Disiplin yg tegas agar fasilitas tetap oke
Fasilitas bandara sangat lengkap, rapi, bersih dan komplit. Tapi masuk ruang tunggu, kenapa harus berputar sangat jauh?

Sekarang airport tax KNIA sudah Rp 60.000 per orang. Lebih mahal daripada Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Padahal kualitas masih kalah sama Jakarta.

Bandara besar kelas internasional...interior dalam bagus meskipun msh ada yg blm selesai..bagian luar mirip dgn bandara di Makassar bentuk atap melengkung- Fasilitas sangat baik, komplit, rapi dan bagus. Tapi kenapa masuk pintu ruang tunggu harus berputar jauh ???

Naik kereta api bandara dari Stasiun Medan sampai Bandara Kualanamu keren banget, cuma 37 menit. Tiketnya terjangkau lagi Rp 80.000 saja.

Fasilitas sangat minim, kalo menjemput bawa bekal dari rumah karna gk ada satupun tempat untuk membeli makanan atau minuman bagi penjemput, juga tidak ada monitor informasi penerbangan
