Here's a tip....get your bike services in the off-season, so you don't waste a beautiful 80 degree day waiting 3 hours for fixing a flat tire along with everyone else who waited until the last minute.
Get a service contract on your bike. You get a tuneup once a year, free flat fixes plus discounts.

This place can be a hit or miss with the customer service..just walked out of this place because of the service guy, tried to tell me my bike is built wrong. I pay and you build..
