    First bubble tea shop in Switzerland. Authentic Taiwan bubble tea variations and taste. The chewy tapioca is definitely up to standard 👌🏼

    heard some good things about this place. I'm sad to report, however that it was all exaggerated. The service was terrible, the older lady behind the counter was incredibly rude! I won't be returning.

    I must say that the place and the product left me wanting, it did not live up to expectation. What made my visit worse was the attitude of what I assume was the owner; words fail me.

    I went to Kony's last week. The woman there, I presume this was Kony, was unbelievably rude. I cannot believe they have any customers. Furthermore, she was yelling at her staff. Unprofessional.
