Sam Santoso, who runs the Internet Sales department, is a straight-shooter. Joey, who runs the entire store is a tough negotiator, but will work with customers to make the deal.

Drove all the way from Vegas to see a car. When arrived Leanne from Internet sales told us the vehicle that we wanted to view was sold 15 mins earlier. Old bait and switch tactic. 👎🏼

By nature dealerships are overpriced for both task and parts costs. I do believe Keyes Lexus to be honest and not replacing parts that aren't broken, because I don't believe in 'routine maintenance'.
