    Cafeteria hours are weird. M-F: breakfast 7:30-9:30am. Lunch: 11am- 2pm. Dinner: 3-6:45pm. Sat-Sun: breakfast 7:30-9:30am. Lunch: 11:30am- 1:30pm. Dinner: 5-6:45pm. It sure is closed a lot.

    Kaiser Permanente's methods are predictable and transparent. Yes they make you wait for prescriptions to stick you on parking fees. Call and file a complaint with member services. WE HAVE THE POWER.

    Call Kaiser Member services and file a complaint. Many people have called and many more people should. Call member services located in Colorado. Kaiser likes to contain their dirt at the local level.

    The cafeteria and every vending machine have only diet drinks and water. Can't get a regular non diet drink on hospital grounds. Closest place to get one is Del Taco.

    If the waiting time is 20min after you order medicine in the pharmacy & there's a long line to pick up the medicine, try to line up 10 min ahead. When u reach the counter your medicine will be ready!

    Dr. Kazimiroff is such a great doctor!!! Neurology Specialist, however. He even works with primates at the LA Zoo!

    Set up a Kaiser account. Communicate directly with your doctor, refill prescriptions online. It's cheaper and better than waiting in the pharmacy!

    Monday at 2:00. No parking! Stacked parking on the 4th Floor. Bathrooms in the lobby 2 of 3 had urine on the seats. Lab had 20 some people ahead of us, with ONE intake worker. Understaffed, filthy.

    2nd floor pharmacy also much faster. Check your plan, online pharmacy may be cheaper than in person pharmacy when getting 90 supply.

    Drop off script, then leave park outside premises... Then come back in 30 min to dodge the parking Fees.. Works like a charm!
