friendly staff & great location - walking distance to downtown & street cars, which opens up easy access to multiple parts of the city! Be sure to stop by the bar at some point and grab a hurricane.

Great location, walking distance to the French Quarter during the day 2 blocks from Bourbon St. for some night time fun! Super friendly staff!

Such a nice hotel. They also have a secure system (maybe just for Mardi Gras) of giving guests wrist bands for security to check to make sure only guests are coming in and out of the hotel!

What a great location. Easy walk to the quarter, warehouse district, and garden district. Steps from the streetcar lines.

Fine hotel with nice rooms and a good location for French quarter access, but some weird quirks: multiple issues with door locks, shower sounded like a freight train was coming…

Wonderful hotel even with the lobby construction. The corner room, on a high floor is awesome! Shula's is just okay, but you're only 2 blocks from Bourbon Street...great location.

The parking is on the backside of the hotel, so if heading down Canal you will have to loop around the back.

Muy bien situado en Canal St. el hotel no destaca por su desayuno, una pena. Los salones comunes son bonitos y las habitaciones funcionales.

Opt for the kids burger rather than regular in room service. At half pound and a ton of fries it is plenty!

The gym here is great, TVs on each treadmill, and towels and bottled water are plentiful. Nice JW!

The pool only gets full sun in the late morning. Plan accordingly. Nicely equipped gym is in the pool area.

Horrible valet service. Took 1 hour and a half to get my truck. It's best just to Uber it in from the airport. It's cheaper and less wait.
