Try the sky deluxe rooms with brilliant view over the city. Very helpful staff, location itself is the best in town for shoppers, sightseeing and more. Check also their facebook page for more info.

Great location.. With my zeil mall on the ground floor.. Walking distance from all the main museums.. Get a high level room and enjoy the amazing view of Frankfurt .

Amazing view! I can tell the best hotel i've stayed at in Germany! Maybe because it got the amazing jumeira flavor to it! Whoever visits germany should try jumeira frankfurt

The service significantly lacks necessary points. As non-first-timer, it used to be waaay better than nowadays. Only pro is great rooms interior&location. Not sure if I’m ever coming back here though.

in my opinion the best 5 star hotel in Frankfurt and i have stayed in many. Excellent service, friendly staff, and superb location.

Excellent location in city centre. Nothing than positive for this Dubai style hotel. Except for the (too) dry air as in many air conditioned buildings where windows cannot be opened.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Direct access to shopping mall. All the shops are within 3 minutes of walk. What else would you need?

Etage 6 bietet einen Durchgang zum öffentlichen Fitnesscenter mit sehr guten Geräten und angenehmen Publikum. Durchgang gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zwischen beiden Durchgangstüren ein Stapel Handtücher.

It's the European version of Jumeirah. Simple,elegant & a bit old. Don't expect the Jumeirah standards that you find in Dubai! An obvious difference!+Location is excellent!+ الخلايچة مالين الحِتّة 😂!

love turn-down gifts--various kind of l'Occitane product in travel size. good service accordingly five-star standard. the only curious service is turn-down bed arrived near 10pm, isn't it too late?

Beautiful rooms, executive rooms have a remarkable size. Wifi is free and fast for guests. I don't like chain hotels, but the Jumeirah impressed me.

فندق فخم وقريب جدا من السوق ومطعم الفندق وقت الفطور خدمته سيئه وهي احد العيوب ،الغرفة العادية صغيرة جدا تكفي شخصين لكن الغرف الكبيرة تكفي ٤ الى ٥ أشخاص والماء يتم توفيره دائما، انصح به رغم ارتفاع سعره

This is the best hotel location for shopping!! A few meters is myzeil mall and Zeil shopping street is also meters away. It is central.

Best turndown service I have ever experienced - cake and oranges as well as leaving ice. The monkeys were even placed on the right pillows.

لا احد يطلب اكل من الروم سيرفس للغرف للأمانة اقيمهم ٤/١٠ لكن نظافة اقيمهم ١٠\١٠ للوبي تحت جيدجداً٨/١٠ لمطعم اللي بالدور الاول اقيمه ١٠/١٠ وحتى فطورهم بس تنزل ما تطلبه للغرف اقيمهم ١٠/١٠

Very nice location, staff and services. however, The only negative feature is the lobby size which is tiny compared to other jumierah's branches.

Довольно таки хороший отель, с отличным расположением в центре, близко доступным ко всему, если надо делать шоппинг. Все хорошо, но есть одно большое НО, окна не открываются, нет доступа воздуха.

طبعاً حاب اضيف Spa عندهم دائم فل لانهم ٤ اشخاص فقط فقبل ما تحجز الغرف نصيحة اخ عشان ما تتورط مثلي احجز لك وقت للمساج اذا حاب والا انسى تلاقي.

Nothing quite like the Jumeirah Hospitality! I was a little skeptical whether they'll have the same top notch service they're famous for in Dubai, Jumeirah certainly never really disappoint!
