Joseph: Blessing: the cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant in the world. The BBQ pork buns are a must. Always a queue. If you go the IFC branch, get it to go and eat it outside on the RED bar patio.
Joseph: Blessing: the safest best for old-school, pushcart dim sum. More upscale than other places in HK.
Joseph: Blessing: most people go up before leaving, and I'd recommend going around 5/6pm so you can get the day and the night view. If you have time to take the tram up, then hike down, I'd definitely recommend that as well.
Joseph: Blessing: the afternoon tea is world-famous, but the queues are usually outrageously long. I'd suggest cozy hot chocolates in Salon de Ning or a fondue dinner at Chesa instead.
Joseph: Blessing: best panoramic view from a bar in Hong Kong. Avenue of the Stars just outside is fun for taking photos as well.
Joseph: Blessing: take it from the Kowloon side across to the HK Island side, best around 8pm so you can see the light show.
Joseph: Blessing: converted old police quarters, now a creative artspace with night markets, live music, etc.
Joseph: Blessing: incredible beef brisket noodles (I usually order the curry version). Long, but fast-moving queue.
Joseph: Ap Lei Chau to Ap Lei Pai hike. Easy but steep hike at certain points (there are ropes along the way if you need it). Crosses two peaks with a sandbank. So nice. Directions: Bus 91, 94, or 97 to Lei Tung Estate Bus Terminal. The trail starts between the two yellow bus terminal huts. After arriving at Ap Lei Pai Island, take the same route back to the starting point, 3 hours.
Joseph: New ocean terminal deck offers sweet views. Several nice restaurants. We ate at Fu Rong (Sichuan) - quite good!
