Joe C.Joe Cucinotti: The salsa is made in-house, which may not seem like a big deal until you consider that this place is like 100 yards away from dry land. This floating restaurant also has a KILLER Cuban sandwich.

Joe C.Joe Cucinotti: Maybe not too quick to refill the chips bowl, but I think the fact that you notice is a sign that these are some tasty chips. The salsa is okay. I recommend the Queso Supremo Dip.
