Do not try to take a tour anytime remotely close to a holiday or holiday weekend. We stood in line for almost 2 hours!!!

Tour seems to be a bit of an afterthought. Skip it unless you have kids.

arrive close to opening -- you will walk on the tour, no wait. great for younger kids.
