If you're interested in the Civil War, go explore the remains of Fortress Rosecrans, located toward the back of the park, past Overall Street.
A bit swanky...but never pretentious, a little dank but cozy w couches, large round tables, love the staff, no other place like LS in Town. They play good music & you can bring in/have food delivered.

This is the Historic Courthouse (with the clock on top). There's actually NO COURT held in this building. Courts are in the Judicial Building on the north side of the square.
