Pro tip: on the weekend, ask for the potato salad on the grill. They're hash browns, Benny-style. Also, if it's available, order whatever is "From the Lab."

Saturday early afternoon is a great time to enjoy a beer and introduce the little ones to fine sausages without bothering anyone. My kid said the brisket sausage was the best meat he ever had.

Quality food, traditional Schnapps. Owners have been neighborhood fixtures for years. Sausages, tasty pickles, sides and mustards served all night. Pro tip: Get the sausage and a pint lunch special.

More of a sausage / German restaurant than a hotdog place, but regardless it's amazing! They're made in house and the beer available is fantastic.

Solid beers on tap, regularly updated. The Nutella pretzel is a must. Best kimchi by non-koreans. Love this spot.

Get a Käsekrainer, which is a cheese-filled sausage. Be careful, the cheese you're about to enjoy is extremely hot and might squirt on you or others as you bite in!

All of their sausages are great so I suggest you try all of them. Also try their black beer it will make people who don't drink beer, DRINK BEER! lol

Two things an Austrian will notice immediately: the Käsekrainer (sausage with cheese) and the Reisetbauer Schapps gallery top shelf. Do yourself a favor and have a bit of both!

Fantastic beer selections, brats and sausages smoked out back that will twist your taste buds sideways and back with great bartenders. Oh yeah it's a must go to spot.

Leberkäse, jerk lamb and debreziner are great sausages. Hofbräu is the one that comes by the litre.

They have 2 types of veggie sausages! Perfect with the very spicy mustard. The sauerkraut and pickles are great and so are the pretzels!
