Most of the guests come from/to the Cleveland Clinic. Suites are very comfortable, spacious, newly renovated. Customer service is good as well.

ESP if u r here for Clinic- Make sure to upgrade your access to The Club Lounge! So beautiful and the staff is amazing! The food is stocked as well as the coolers of beverages!

Currently (December 2015) there is construction activity associated with the forthcoming Holiday Inn next door that slows valet service.
