Great service so far! I had a water leak in my room, and they promptly moved me to another, better location. When I say promptly, I mean less than 10 minutes. Pleased!

Nice clean restrooms. #ahh. If traveling & you need to use the restroom. Remember the 3 H's. Hotels, Hospitals, & the best of all HOME.

With 3 minutes before the kitchen closes, the let me order dinner. Grateful, I order shrimp cocktail and a side salad - thinking this would be easy for the kitchen. My amazing dinner comes forth...

Best restaurant in carmel, I've only been to a few but think I know the others. Wide marble hallways with chandeliers and the Christmas decs rock the house

Great beds and customer service. Ask for a Lakeview room if you can get it, was great from the 8th floor.

Attended conference there in summer. Make sure you bring some long sleeve clothing. Like all Marriott's rooms are always cool.

Try Sullivan's on the other side of the Keystone Mall. The Tavern on the left side has great specials and live jazz.

Alway ask for a free upgrade if you are a rewards member, the rooms on the 11th floor is huge

There is no shuttle to downtown but front desk can call you a cab. Fare will run you about $35 if they take Keystone drive. Avoid the highway during rush hour.

They want $9.95 per day for basic internet. Ridiculous. Lots of other choices of nice hotels at better rates with free wi-fi.

Check at the front desk. They would have a charger for your phone if you forgot yours.
