Scott ShermanMaggio 21, 2017Had a nice time at the lobby bar. Starbucks in the lobby is convenient as well. Newly renovated rooms are really nice and the skybridge system kept us out of the rain during our stay
Nice hotel with large lobby; plenty of seating space & lots of outlets to charge electronic devices. Newly renovated upper floors with great views. Definitely recommend staying here. Friendly staff.

I like the shower products, bars and restaurants close too early but room service works. Get your shoes shined!
Aladdin HLuglio 19, 2018Parking charges were ridiculous $44/night. The Wi-Fi in my room (723) was painfully dial-up kind of slow! Housekeeping didn’t properly replenish room items every day like tea bags and water bottles.
If you need copies or shipping, the FedEx Office in the JW Marriott is here to help! It's on the second floor next to Starbucks, and it's all connected to the Indiana Convention Center!
