Melinda MiracleGiugno 13, 2018The staff at this hotel was great. My flight was delayed and I missed my connection. We were checked into our rooms in less than 10 minutes and the shuttle service was easy to use.

Scott ArmstrongGiugno 18, 2013Stayed on 6/17/13 and the staff were very nice. Was even able to get an upgrade too. Parking lot was packed though and the entrance was hidden off to the side of the service road.

R BGennaio 26, 2011Hotel is fine; restaurant is subpar. Sorry to be the one to tell you, but "tortilla soup" is not the same as tomato soup with an Old El Paso taco shell on top of it.
June 2011 this place looks great. Major renovation in progress. Ask for a new room.

Horribly rude staff, give reserved room away, bar overly priced and subpar, Hyatt place a block away is a million times better!!!
Hotel shuttle sucks. Waited for over 45 mins at the airport. Ended up taking a cab..

Horrible service! The only reason im back is because of soccer.- ac does not work and the bathroom door does not close the service man said he could not fix it
