Breakfast is very good, free & reliable wifi. 3 beds room is very big, clean. Central heating so you can't control the room temperature- Not a bad hotel in a good location, however a bit sceptical about the 5-star rating. Rooms are reasonably new with all essentials available, but breakfast mediocre at best.
- Good hotel with very nice stuff, the breakfast was great (even for me with my food restrictions)
Dario BertoliNovembre 20, 2011A good accomodation for a worth price. Free wifi everywhere. Classic rooms, cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast not so rich.- From some reason the WiFi is slow in the evenings, during the day the connection was awsome
- The rooms are not bad, but the lobby, door and other facilities do not look like a 5-star hotel. The rate was reasonable and good location to attractions.
- The heating is central so you can't control the room temperature but call the reception instead (they can't help much in the middle of the night)
- The stuff English is okay but from some reason when they don't understand you they keep nodding and smiling (I noticed that all over Prague), this is quite frustrating

AVOID THIS HOTEL,u'll get ill.In the picture it's a towel in the fan, the wind is still blowing cold.This a 4 star hotel fix for a cold ventilation problem in december after 4 days of discutions.
- Coffee/Tea and cake at the hotel bar between 5 and 7 PM
- It's still allowed to smoke inside in Prague so people smoke in the small hotel bar

Emad JSettembre 5, 2013For the price they charge most likely you can find better. staff is friendly in general. They gave us a stained bed cover. Breakfast has very limited choices.
