Love the place. I got a "urban suite" for three nights and the staff, the room in all the aspects gave us a great experience. Do recommend it and would stay here again

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff at the front desk... What's not to love? My only complaint is that the designer bottle of water in each room is $4... That's insane.

Make sure to get an inside facing room. You should have the option when you check in. Rooms are a little musty, but the beds are comfortable.

Excellent excellent hotel!!!!!!! A must stay in SF! Staff is AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. Perfect location, just epic all around!

amazingly helpful staff and contemporary rooms in a great location. atmosphere beats the Hilton, hands down.

Great hotel and staff. However, as others have commented, try to avoid ruins facing the front street. Rm216, for example.

Awesome boutique hotel with the best staff. Ask for restaurant and to-do tips. You won't be disappointed.

공항에서 bart타고 powell station에 하차할 경우, 역과 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있어서 대중 교통을 이용하기에 편리한 감은 있으나 1층 로비의 향기와는 다르게 복도와 방안 가득한 소독약+변소냄새가...역겨움

Rooms are average, but I've heard that hotels in SF aren't very nice unless you stay in a luxury hotel.

The location is perfect but the free wifi is very slow. There are options to pay for faster speed but they are very expensive and not worth it at all. Otherwise good hotel, nice and clean.

Great hotel, but ask for a room not facing the street. The noise at night from fusion bar is annoying.

Convenient but not charming location. Nice staff. Mostly modernized rooms. Weird window heat/AC. Uncomfy furniture.

If you book through Hotel Tonight, you'll probably get room 202. Stay away from room 202. The windows face other rooms, it's very old and musty and smells accordingly. Staff is friendly, though.

They no longer have loccitane toiletries. The loccitanes got replaced by a no brand that has no scent. Rooms facing Infusion Lounge and the street are very loud.

They give you L'Occitane shower products that smell wonderful and should happily find their way into your luggage before you check out!
