Excellent hotel and staff. The room is so big and view were great. Sure to be visited again because price is excellent and location is near by Dubai Mall .

U can enjoy pretty good afternoon tea with snacks at member lounge. Please try it, I love it.

Lovely hotel, with comfy beds and great panoramic view.

- In the night, this area is very quiet. But the Taxi driver does not know the shortest way, it is problem...
- First time to stay here, looking forward getting good service

They have an army of a thousand staff milling around the lobby. They look busy but are actually doing very little except for being in the way. Very strange.
