Easy to be skeptical of this place, as it checks off every box on the hipster locavore checklist (tattooed chef holding carrots, cocktail pairing, "provisions" in the name) but it is really excellent!
LaurissaGiugno 25, 2016BEST meal I had in Seattle. Sit at the kitchen bar so you can watch the magic happen. Beet salad was fantastic and the wagyu steal was insane. A perfect evening.

Allen ChanAgosto 18, 2017The HH food are great!! One of our favorites in town! The Poutine however is not really poutine though...just some pork diced over 🍟. No cheese no gravy : (- Fantastic beef jerky, and fun mini-cocktail pairings.
