Colorado burger (lamb) is pretty amazing! Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

Scott HatchAprile 19, 2010Had the H. Burger. Good, not great. Beef, bacon, tomato, lettuce, cheddar, hatch green chilie. Not sure I cared for the sweet sauce. Hand cut fries, and garic aioli were great.
They know what medium rare is. One of the few places in town that cooks to correct temperature. Cheap tap beers, even though there are only a few. Burgers are ok, nothing too impressive. Good music.

Brian JGennaio 16, 2012It wasn't that great. I don't mind paying for a good burger but I hate paying $$ for a crap one. The server rushed us way too much. A waste of $30- Try the Colorado Burger! The lamb is excellent!
