One of the more beautiful music venues in SF. It can get very hot and stuffy on summer nights but during the fall it's perfect. Drinks are cheap and some of the house cocktails are really fun.
My favorite venue in San Francisco. Get early for balcony seats or just to get close to the stage. Great food as well, share a sundae, it's friggin' huge! Upstairs bathroom is more convenient btw.
Damian BayonaDicembre 11, 2018You can get a 3 course meal and premium seating (which is rad) just get there before the show so you aren’t trying to eat your salad while others are rocking out near you.

Brian StraussAprile 19, 2022An extremely intimate venue to catch rising stars and the side projects of established acts. The immediate surroundings are pretty desolate after the show in the post pandemic era.- Amazing venue. Quality sound. I usually start down stairs then peruse from above.

It was years after I had moved to SF and seen a few shows at GAMH that I realized I recognized it from a Robin Williams concert I'd seen on HBO. Beautiful still. One of my favorite venues in SF.Votato positivo Jan 31

Beautiful, intimate venue. Easily one of the best venues in SF.

The view from the balcony is great, plus no one will step on your toes. Get there early to grab seats.

Steph PassinoGennaio 5, 2011Nice spot to see a show, but the bar is annoying! Each person who wants a drink has to stand in line. This is not efficient and makes it super crowded. Also, their drinks are weak.
After the show, head to Whiskey Thieves or Edinburgh Castle to keep the party going.
The guys working the door are great hosts! Helped me find my wallet after I accidentally trashed it. Even provided latex gloves!
