LeilaLuglio 29, 2015Beautiful grounds but ageing. The ice is almost nonexistent, lack luster rooms and what seems like an unhappy staff. We made the best of it. They did comp champange & choco berries as honeymoon gift.

Ranjeesh YelamanchiliGiugno 1, 2014No vegetarian options at all in the restaurants. The vacation concierge told me to goto San Juan for vegetarian food. We did just that and enjoy pr favorite mofongo.
Don't understand all the issues with service.. No better or worse then anywhere else we have visited in pr. Red level checkin was beyond simple an very pleasant

It's definitely worth it to get the upgrade to Red Level Royal Service! Amazing private living quarters!!

Lily XuAprile 17, 2014They charge $20 resort fee and $15 parking fee per day. Make sure to enjoy the rocky&narrow beach with seagrass and the mediocre pool when you can.

Lilian SosaMarzo 28, 2014Don't spend your money here. They didn' do my room. the lobby is closed at 12am and there is NOTHING you can do after that time. Room service is until 12am. The people wasn't very helpful either :-/

ArzuAprile 16, 2015Worst customer service ever.Had to call 10times for smn to come&fix Internet(which they never actually fixed).there r cockroaches in the room and cleaning service is poor. Not coming back.
No microwave or fridge. If u want room service to warm something up it will cost u $8 and an addl $3 to pick up and drop off and u have to sign a waiver.
