Highly recommend this taverne-great view especially during sunset. Choose the local lamp dish and rabbit dish but not the apaki dish. The cretian cheese pies (kaltsounia) werent my favorite.

Probably one of the best Greek restaurants in Crete. You may have to wait a little because it's always crowded, but it's definitely worth it. Try the lamb with honey, baked in pie crust!

Best way to end tour day on balos beach. Try the veggie starters and the lamb roasted with honey. Amazing view, worst the detour !

Traditional Cretan cuisine, dishes baked in a wooden oven, live music, perfect service and raki! Try the mousaka, fries with staka, hiney lamb and stuffed zucchini flowers. My favorite spot in Crete!

The lamb parcel slow cooked with honey was outstanding. Lovely restaurant. Service was a little slow. The free fruit area for after the meal was fantastic. Our best meal in Crete

Extremely enjoyable food, recommend the lamb in honey and moussaka in pot 👍👍 also quite special locally produced rakki 😍 wine is served in 250ml bottles when you order a glass 😉

Fantastic tastes!!! Try lamb with honey! But even salads are superb!!! The place has by far the greatest Cretan foods in Chania area. Excellent service with friendly staff! Bravo!

The Best Place For Dinner! It’s an amazing place and unexpectedly cheap!! The fruits they serve for dessert are AMAZING!! All staff is super nice and interesting. Nikos and Katerina are the BEST!!

This place is a true gem, everything we’ve tried was perfect from the fried smails, through the horiatiki, to the fishes. The soft goat mizithra is another level of deliciousness!

It is a great and beautiful place to take a break and to taste one or more of the many traditional local dishes of Crete. The view from the terrace is wonderful.

Rabit was a bit dry but the honey glazed lamb was a moment to live for. Nice view, atmosphere,service and amazing food. Cheaper than competitions. A heads up for the cats and dogs around the tables :)

The restaurant do not accept reservations so you have to go, give your name and wait 20/50 min. During your waiting they will offer free lemonade and greeks appetizer at the entrance of the location.

A big variety of traditional cretan dishes, with many different kinds of meat and vegetables. Great food and a beautiful environment to the last detail! Must visit.

Absolutely perfect! Original cretan flavors created by local products, in a beautiful scenery! Very polite staff! Bonus: big variety of fresh fruit, treat for after lunch!!

Αυτό το επικό πιάτο με το αρνί μέσα σε φύλλο με μέλι, είναι το καλύτερο της Κρήτης μέχρι τώρα! Από ορεκτικά μην παραλείψετε τα ντολμαδάκια από πλατανοφυλλλο!

Right after a great day at Balos Beach, on our way back we stopped in Gramvousa Restaurant spontaneously... the food is very delicious, staff very kind, restaurant very clean...

Υπέροχος χώρος,εξαιρετικό service.Καταπληκτικό το αρνάκι με μέλι σε φύλλο.Πολύ ωραία ιδέα ο μπουφες με τα φρούτα.Το μόνο αρνητικό το ότι δεν έχει κόκα κόλα για εμάς τους εξαρτημένους.

Бараньи ребрышки рекомендую, при том что греки не умеют готовить мясо так же вкусно как турки или грузины , но ребрышкам надо отдать должное, будем пробовать остальное ;) баранина в меду слишком сладк

В Греции существует правило трех блюд ( если не хочется уползать колобком, больше 3х на 2х не брать ) и пока для этой таверны must have : lumb chops+запеченный фета с помидорами, ищем 3е

Προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια! Στην υποδοχή είχαμε μια μικρή αναμονή άλλα ανταπέδωσαν με ρακή και εδέσματα. Το περιβάλλον κι η διακόσμηση άψογα. Το μενού νόστιμο και αυθεντικά κρητικό!
