I had come to get a oil change a person seem to take there time to greet me because she was on her phone then come to find out she put the wrong oil down for an oil change and someone else had
to fix it shawnda was very rude and didnt seem to care to i was happy with everything else just felt that It wasnt proper to be on your phone and not even get the oil type I want it a oil change lane
Why is it taking twice as long to pay than it did for the actual oil change??? 10 minutes over the pit, now sitting pulled ahead waiting to pay... Absolute ridiculousness!
