    One of those rare bars that offers happy hour specials on the weekend. Great spot for 2-for-1 drinks on a Saturday afternoon.

    Usually, Gov's staff is super friendly...the bartender was very passive aggressive towards us and kept making comments to another customer about the bar being a no loitering zone. Rude.
