The Tuesday am spin instructor is great. Get their premium membership and bring a guest for free.

Place is great, fantastic array of equipment, but almost always packed.
Come early... its packed in the evenings as to be expected
I like my sessions with the Compel Fitness trainers
Parking is not the best but the machines here are really nice!
