Lots of machines & equip-new and older but in good shape! Has a women's only section and a cinema cardio room with a huge screen playing movies. Has a day care and tanning. Lots of body builders here!

This gym is perfect has every thing you will ever need.Staff four get it they are all amazing peplo.No excuses just do it.I so glad i joing this Gym.

I love this gym. The cardo cinema is pretty cool. Also they have a lot of classes to fit any schedule.

They offer free WiFi which is great for audio applications like slacker and Pandora. Too bad their WiFi never works. . Just saying

Try the Cardio Cinema, it is so much better getting Cardio done while watching a movie you can get lost in.
