Here's my tip.... Golds better fix their equipment in less than the 30 days it took to fix this..... Or more people will head out the door to LAFitness.
Late mornings and late nights are the best times to go. It gets busy in the evening.
Seriously... This isn't your personal work out space. Don't the up a machine for 30 mins cause you wanna do 500 sets. Be courteous of other people there. Some of us are actually here to get it done- They have 3 water fountains so you can leave your ridiculous giant sized gallon container of water at home.... Seriously stop being "that guy"
Make friends with the big dudes in the gym, they are that big because they know what they are doing!
Don't forget to wipe off the equipment after you are done! Give a Hoot & Be Kind :)- GoldGym management: new dumbbells would be appreciated more than the fresh coat of paint you threw up on the walls

enjoy the awesome equipment! And if you plan to do hard core cardio with heavy breathing... choose a machine away from others ;-)

The gym is empty 6am to 10am. Knock out your workout before work :)

for those unaware, this is a public gym! if you don't know how to share public spaces, you should look into other private options.

Sergio CurtiOttobre 20, 2012This is a gorgeous gym. Much better than LA Fitness. It only needs a good swimming pool to be paradise.
There are curtains in the locker rooms for a reason, don't stand around for 20 minutes naked walking around like everybody wants to see that.
- If you have band-aids and they need to be changed, throw the old bandages in the trash! Leaving your old, used bandages for other members and/or staff to encounter is rude and just bad hygeine!
- If you're looking for a great trainer, train with Jason McHale.
The posted movie schedule for the cardio theater is rarely what actually playing.
- Bring a lock for your locker so I don't have to hear about your overpriced personal items that may get stolen.

Watch out for the gross women who don't wear shower shoes! They're everywhere!
Don't use small locks thieves will cut them steal your valuables, break into your car and take everything they can... True story... Still waiting to hear from management
