The Corcoran GroupMaggio 21, 2010Incredibly cozy Italian fare, one should definitely make a reservation in the back garden that is open year round. Try the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, its decadent.
Owner is not the nicest, but food is amazing and the waitstaff is unreal. If they have the burrata special, get it. Gnocco app is also the tits. Can’t go wrong with any of the entrees or the pizza

I think this may just be the best pizza in the East Village / Alphabet City. The one with truffle oil is insanely good!
One of my very favorite restaurants, full stop. Been here several times and the entire experience has been wonderful every time—food, service, general atmosphere, warm and good feelings all around.
Whether brunch or dinner, get a seat on the back patio. Have a fairly priced bottle of wine (or 2) & enjoy some good food (gnocchi & burrata are favorites). Oh, and it's no longer just cash or Amex!
