Alternative parking for Gurney Plaza. Pros: two basements parking (GPlaza is podium parking), quick access to P spots bc of small area + access to toilet and surau. Cons: fee RM1-2 higher than GPlaza

I love their room decoration so much. With jacuzzi. Stylish design. Must try their Miraku Japanese restaurant. Worth for the money you paid !

Their lobby design is good too. Is a big lobby. Nice welcome feeling. Good service from staffs. Need access card to go to rooms. Secure safe.

The most helter-skelter pay-to-park system I've seen in over 20 years in SE Asia. I believe the Indonesians would fire the parking lot manager. I had thot the Malaysians would tar & feather him first!

Saturday high tea buffet is great value! Gym and infinity swimming pool are excellent facilities.

If you are deciding between the executive lounge and G cafe for breakfast, definitely choose G cafe. The executive lounge has less variety and bad service.

Been staying here ever since G Hotel is opened. Great service, good hotel, but unfortunately they are cutting cost. Alot of stuffs u see on day 1 and now is diff.... Well, Malaysia economy slow down.

The best stay that I ever have. Their open air jacuzzi is awesome, fit for two. The toilet is real huge and clean and with sea view and sunrise view. AWESOME.

Nice posh lobby, easy access to malls and eateries. But the room needs a makeover. Looks old and aircon doesn't seem to be cold enough.

The living area is spacious,can fit in at least 5 to 8 person. The room is very massively huge. With King size bed and a resting long couch. And full cupboard. 👍

Service at the breakfast buffet is terrible considering this hotel is in no way cheap. 15 minutes to clear tables, 15 minutes to get your first coffee, nobody asking to refill.

unique lobby but rooms are not that great. Bed is comfy but layout is just ok. Overall comfy. buffet not so nice, seafood not fresh.

great rooms but fairly poor customer service on the front desk, eg not paying attention when the customer is talking. rooms are not ready on time.
