- Judy HsiungNovembre 4, 2010No housekeeping issues for me, room was clean, air flowed properly, bed was comfy. Do look for the nearest elevator to your room or else be prepared to walk! Well, be prepared to walk anyways. Huge.
- Regina MabryLuglio 4, 2013Must get a room with a view of the Harbor and Washington Monument. Rooms 150-179
- ElizabethGiugno 23, 2015It's big and beautiful but hard to get to. We took the boat from Alexandria over.
- Wear comfy shoes. The place is huge. Also now have Starbucks kiosks and No real Starbucks. Expensive and few restaurants in the hotel. Go out for great deals. Really in the middle of nowhere.
- Greg BishopAprile 21, 2013If you're looking craft beer there is market down the street with a decent selection. Otherwise find a Whole Foods.
- Gregory BarrettFebbraio 24, 2015Thanks to Jesus Christ he has blessed me and my family to visit this place and it is truly a blessing from God .
- Usually empty but obviously federally funded this resort is here to stay. Don't be fooled by the "National Harbor" name the Gaylord is in Maryland and comes with quite a bit of rift raft. Stay indoors Leggi tutto
- While the hotel is comfortable and lively, there are a few things lacking. For instance, the workout facility is minuscule compared to the hotel. I don't get it.
- Leslie CarboneMarzo 18, 2013Spacious modern resort hotel. Great location. Spectacular views of harbor.
- angelatravelsAgosto 23, 2010It is expensive, but you have everything you need right in the area. It is pricey for restaurants and drinks though. The hotel also does not accept frequent travel points, so keep this in mind.
- MarylandGiugno 27, 2012Thanks for choosing to travel green! The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, a certified Maryland Green Travel partner, is eco-friendly.
- Tomika BryantOttobre 22, 2011Great place for a conference but definitely wear comfy shoes due to lots of walking. Glad mine are :-)
- Erin WillmannNovembre 9, 2012When you go to check out, skip the line at concierge and use your remote to check out on the TV in your room.
- Josh LurieFebbraio 24, 2011If you're here for the 2011 NAIS show, stop by One Call Nows booth and say hi to Josh. If you're here for anything else, you have to try their carrot cake!!
- Park in the public garages and walk over to save some cash. Especially if you will be there multiple days.
- Ananda LeekeOttobre 24, 2011We chose not to move to another room since it was about 1:00 am and we were leaving very early in the AM and had no energy to pack up all of our stuff. So our bill was reduced by $100.
- Keith MillerLuglio 29, 2017Rooms overpriced, not the quality I expected. Most of the shops, were close by 5 on a Friday night. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance
- Ananda LeekeOttobre 24, 2011The food and facilities are great. Loved the room decor. However, I did not have heat in my room or hot water in the bathroom sinks on October 21-23. The hotel did not solve the issue.
- NadiaAgosto 14, 2014Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Be careful not to get lost though; this place is like a mini-city...
- Walter DucciniOttobre 18, 2010After using part of the toiletries, rather than replacing them, housekeeping put them nicely back into their presentation spots. Also walk around your floor completely to find the closest elevator.
- Karl BrennemanMarzo 6, 2011Nice hotel and view, avoid the breakfast buffet as it's the largest ripoff in the area. $15 for a continental breakfast where all of the bread products were stale.
- If you are around for New Years you have to check out their Big Night DC. It is amazing!
- Carol Richards-TsiamesMarzo 28, 2012Heres another tip for this place....i get the breakfast buffet..because you dont have a choice...eggs looked fake..so I ordered the omelet...you have to pay extra for the omelet!! Omg...
- Melissa GoodnightGennaio 24, 2017Came here for Magfest, but didn't stay in the hotel. It looks gorgeous though!
- Great place, it's really a city in the hotel we find everything to eat, drink & fun. Asked the host for the Free Wifi
- They overbooked for our conference and people who'd had reservations for months were turned away: very unprofessional. Food overpriced by up to 400% & a colleague found a roach in his lunch. Just, no.
- Sean GabrielDicembre 9, 2014For such a nice place (with an $18 resort fee!) I would've expected the guest Wi-Fi to be better. Prepare for disconnect frustrations...
- Amber BMarzo 1, 2010Great Hotel, ecspecially in the warmer months. The rooms are lovely and you can easily walk to restaurants or the waterfront.
- EU HunterOttobre 19, 2010Towels, towels, and yet more towels! So good to find a hotel these days nit afraid to wash towels daily!
- Keonté SmithDicembre 28, 2011The elevators take some time on the south side. Use the stairs if you're able.
- Mo S.Maggio 25, 2013This is a REALLY nice hotel! I feel like I wanna live here for the rest of my life
- Stacey WittigOttobre 25, 2013Don't accept a room that faces the atrium...lots of noise from guests and maintenance during the night.
