No housekeeping issues for me, room was clean, air flowed properly, bed was comfy. Do look for the nearest elevator to your room or else be prepared to walk! Well, be prepared to walk anyways. Huge.

Wear comfy shoes. The place is huge. Also now have Starbucks kiosks and No real Starbucks. Expensive and few restaurants in the hotel. Go out for great deals. Really in the middle of nowhere.

If you're looking craft beer there is market down the street with a decent selection. Otherwise find a Whole Foods.

Usually empty but obviously federally funded this resort is here to stay. Don't be fooled by the "National Harbor" name the Gaylord is in Maryland and comes with quite a bit of rift raft. Stay indoors Leggi tutto

While the hotel is comfortable and lively, there are a few things lacking. For instance, the workout facility is minuscule compared to the hotel. I don't get it.

It is expensive, but you have everything you need right in the area. It is pricey for restaurants and drinks though. The hotel also does not accept frequent travel points, so keep this in mind.

Park in the public garages and walk over to save some cash. Especially if you will be there multiple days.

We chose not to move to another room since it was about 1:00 am and we were leaving very early in the AM and had no energy to pack up all of our stuff. So our bill was reduced by $100.

Rooms overpriced, not the quality I expected. Most of the shops, were close by 5 on a Friday night. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance

The food and facilities are great. Loved the room decor. However, I did not have heat in my room or hot water in the bathroom sinks on October 21-23. The hotel did not solve the issue.

After using part of the toiletries, rather than replacing them, housekeeping put them nicely back into their presentation spots. Also walk around your floor completely to find the closest elevator.

Nice hotel and view, avoid the breakfast buffet as it's the largest ripoff in the area. $15 for a continental breakfast where all of the bread products were stale.

Heres another tip for this place....i get the breakfast buffet..because you dont have a choice...eggs looked fake..so I ordered the omelet...you have to pay extra for the omelet!! Omg...

They overbooked for our conference and people who'd had reservations for months were turned away: very unprofessional. Food overpriced by up to 400% & a colleague found a roach in his lunch. Just, no.

For such a nice place (with an $18 resort fee!) I would've expected the guest Wi-Fi to be better. Prepare for disconnect frustrations...

Great Hotel, ecspecially in the warmer months. The rooms are lovely and you can easily walk to restaurants or the waterfront.

The elevators take some time on the south side. Use the stairs if you're able.

Don't accept a room that faces the atrium...lots of noise from guests and maintenance during the night.
