Ian HummelDicembre 21, 2011Don't go here during Nov-Jan expecting to have a drink at one of the "largest bourbon bars in the country". It's closed down and turned into a damn gingerbread house. They won't tell you this though..
Be prepared to wait for the elevator. Give yourself at least ten extra minutes
Had to wait for an hour just for maintenance to arrive so they could fix a broken lock after I got locked out of my room for a second time.

Good luck getting cell service in the Conference Center. WiFi is not free and it is not good either.
Marybeth StewartAprile 25, 2011We were promised a crib for our 3 month old. Instead, we got a playpen with a full size flat sheet. I am very disappointed. The suite is lovely though.
The sandollar limousine is a rip off any way you look at it.
I didn't have sheets on the pull out bed... But they quickly brought some up to me.
Horrible Internet, don't even bother paying for it
