Great food, ridiculously inadequate staff. The lines are long and inefficient, the staff seem uninterested with providing expedient service.

Spent $30, asked for extra sauce to go, was told it was put away for the night. It was 10p, they close at 11p. They were too busy serving underaged kids alcohol.
