Fringe Food Festival partners

FringeFoodFestival: Sal at St Ali was a great parter to us allowing us to run two awesome truffle dinners there with the Madame Truffles pop-up.

FringeFoodFestival: We run vegan dinners here. Ask in advance Nic will do superb high end vegetarian or vegan food.

FringeFoodFestival: Matt Wilkinson who set-up Pope Joan is a terrific chefs and cooked for us at our first truffle dinner at St Ali. Pope Joan does great coffee and our personal favourite is the bacon and egg roll.

FringeFoodFestival: Scotty who owns the Estelle cooked at our 2nd truffle dinner at St Ali and hosted our 3rd one. The charcuterie plate is superb. We'll be running lots more events with Scotty.

FringeFoodFestival: Ron O'Bryan's passion is meat and he is running our first grass fed vs grain fed beef dinner with wines from Syrahmi and Foster e Rocco.
