    Security is awful. They'll put you through a metal detector AND wand/grope. If you bought alcohol from duty free outside the EU, it'll need to go through further, silly screening. What a mess.

    Very rude people, they should all be well orientated in how to treat people nicely. Couldn't collect my tax refunds.If you have to refund your taxes, call or get informed before arriving the airport.

    Travel back to the US was not a problem for me. Security was rather quick and painless. They inspected my wife's bag due to a small pocket knife, but gave her no troubles when they saw it was small.

    Tex refund office in check-in point of terminal 2 is closed at 18:00. You can use another office after passport control by 22:00.

    when we asked about the delay of the flight they answered very rudely and in a high volume as "if the delay is not more than 3 hours, it is not really a delay at all!!!!." his voice was very rude.

    No restaurants at all (not 1!) through Security near gates in terminal C. If you need food (or a beer), you'll need to settle for the "Snack Bar" (only option) near C-14.
