Everything was perfect. Franck is a culinary genius. From the pineapple wasabi salad dressing, to the powdered sugar strips of carrot, the best meal I've ever had. I had the halibut, also amazing.

Amazing food! Was recommended by a friend and I'd recommend anyone to come enjoy this French cuisine. Monday night sampler was delicious. But the chef changes the menu daily.

The wagyu coulotte was tremendous. I also adored the carrot cake with goat cream cheese frosting.
